deposit with our offer on a deal that is too good to pass up. |

cash returns with the opportunity to increase yields, and to have the
potential for long-term capital appreciation. |

Strengthen the portfolio with each aquisition based upon the Company's
ability to better serve the needs and growth of its tenants. |

Strive to cultivate long and trusting relationships with its tenants
by offering them outstanding service, hands-on management and fair and
ethical treatment. |
| f)
Manage Company affairs in-house with an expertly trained staff. |
